How do I book TLGraphy for my wedding photography?
You can request your preferred date through email or WhatsApp. Once we confirm availability, a 50% deposit secures your booking.
After that, the date is exclusively reserved for you — we won’t accept any other shoots on that day.

Can I change my shoot date after booking?
Yes! You may request a date change, subject to availability. We offer one complimentary postponement (for reasons like wet weather or emergencies).
Additional changes can be arranged with a small fee to cover scheduling costs.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand plans can change. Once a date is confirmed, deposits are non-refundable, as we set aside that time just for you.
However, if TLGraphy ever needs to cancel, we’ll provide a full refund and assist you in rescheduling or referring a trusted partner.
Do you offer refunds for emergencies or illness?
Yes — refunds are possible for compassionate or medical reasons, including:
A client or assigned photographer contracts a major/hospitalized contagious illness (with a doctor’s memo).
Government restrictions that affect weddings or events.
Insolvency of TLGraphy.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we’ll always do our best to help you reschedule first.
